Melanya Limited Terms and Conditions
The key aspect of your holiday at Melanya Mountain Retreat is flexibility, independence and relaxation. We will do everything we can to ensure a stress free holiday.
Advice, tips, maps and guides will be made available, together with our current list of excursions which are priced per person accordingly.
Bookings.
Bookings must be made in advance with deposit payment. Full payment for the booking must be received within 30 days of the booking date. It is the responsibility of guests to ensure that Melanya are aware of their flight and/or travel arrangements.
Bookings at Melanya include the following within the advertised price:
Airport or hotel pickup and transfers to Melanya
Accommodation
Full board with home cooked organic evening meal
Self catering facilities for breakfast and lunch
A selection of organic food
Wine, beer and spirits
Bed linen and towels
(Guests without transport will be offered a shopping trip)
Refunds
Cancellations made prior to 2 months of the booking will be refunded in full, less any banking costs. Cancellations made after 2 months prior to the booking will receive a refund of 50%. Cancellations within a month of the booking will not receive a refund.
Living in the mountains
The lovely people in these remote villages have often spent their whole lives living in the mountains. Their happiness is of utmost importance to us.
Melanya is situated in a vast protected national park. Melanya takes no responsibility for guests with regard to any personal injury or loss of belongings during their stay.
Well behaved children are welcome but may not be suited to this type of holiday. Pets are not recommended.
Melanya enjoys an excellent mobile phone signal which can be used for calls, sms, mms and email via mobile. There is no broadband or landline in the mountains.
